Hey guys

Vault here… with a little behind the scenes, “insider” secrets.

Recently, Mehow began working on a new audio program, currently named “Project Studio”.

Now, I can’t give away all the details… as it is still very “Hush, Hush” around here.

“Value Velocity and You.”

Every once in a while I have a breakthrough.

As I was writing the new “10 Second (Sexual) AttractionTM” book – I was running into a quandary.

On one hand, you want the girl to bring you as much emotional value as possible (thus she’s working for you.) And, at the same time, when she does bring more emotional value – then she controls the set.

Clearly, you want to do both:
A) Have her working for you a ton!
B) Retain full control of the set.

Then it hit me!

There are actually two metrics you need to be conscious of to have both “A” and “B” above. (more…)

I loved the whole nurse scene from the last episode of the pickup artist. The only problem with it is that they didn’t give any actual techniques out for how to stay calm and in the moment.

Here is the latest rendition of the drill I use to get in the moment (this is excerpted from the Group Attraction Manifesto Vol. 1):

“If you haven’t read Eckhart Tolle’s excellent book, ‘The Power of Now,’ you should go to your nearest bookstore and purchase a copy.

The following is a brief meditation exercise that I use to ‘get in the moment’ in a club. It’s based on Eckhart’s work.

Stand someplace where there is no traffic in the venue so you don’t’ get interrupted for 30 seconds and then perform the following meditation with your eyes closed: (more…)
